Anthropological methodologies, such as cultural probes, interviews, and mapping diaries, were used to construct a holistic picture of the lives of undergraduates. The results of the study have informed decision making at the Libraries and has helped staff align efforts with the needs and expectations of the Net Generation. Discover how the findings from the study enhance work with students.
